Leave the parking lot of Westbahnhof and turn right onto Märzstraße. Continue onto B221/Wiener Gürtel-Bundesstraße. Leave the Gürtel onto Kinderspitalgasse (at the right) and make another right turn at Hebragasse. Turn left at Alserstraße, continue to Frankplatz and turn right at Universitätsstraße. Follow the Maria-Theresien-Straße, afterwards the B227/Donaukanal-Bundesstraße and turn left onto Aspernbrückengasse. Join the Praterstraße, follow it until you reach the roundabout and take the fourth exit to the Prater.

If you arrive by car: this area is a short-term parking zone. Please buy a prepaid parking voucher at a local tobacconist (€ 1,00 per hour - as per 1st of May 2012). Additionally you can find a variety of charged parking areas.

Take the U3 (orange line) from Westbahnhof to Stephansplatz (direction Simmering, 5 stops). At Stephansplatz change to line U1 (red line) in direction Leopoldau and exit at Praterstern (3 stops). The Prater is within 200m from the station.
